The Town Basin of Capestang |
The charming
village of Capestang was a nice stop to pick up groceries, including drinking
water. We were all going through water due to the heat, working as crew, and
staying active. Bottled water was also used for preparing tea and coffee in the
morning.

Like most
European villages, Capestang has an old stone church and tower located in the
heart of the village, surrounded by shops and cafes.

The village proved to be a
nice stop with lots of photo opportunities.
Old cemeteries, with impressive
monuments, are often found in many of the countryside villages, including Capestang.
